News on Kettering Walking & Cycling Plan

We've started to receive valuable feedback and comments on the draft plan - especially for the 14 routes. All comments are shown publicly. Did you know you can also click the thumbs up emoji next to any comment to 'upvote' it if you agree with it? To keep things positive there is no 'downvote' - you just need to make a separate comment if you disagree. We are sure you will find other comments interesting.

Looking ahead we will be meeting various local groups to promote the engagement and to answer queries on the plan. Yesterday a brief presentation was made to the North Northants VCSE Engagement Group and more information will be shared at next week's Local Area Partnership (LAP) meeting for 'Kettering Urban', enabling community group leaders to have their saytoo.

Today we met highways staff from Kier. Tonight we will be online as guests of Northamptonshire Green Party. The other parties represented on North Northamptonshire Council have also been offered the same opportunity so we hope to be joining them too.

If you prefer an in-person opportunity to have your say on paper rather than online, come and see us at Kettering Active Travel Hub from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 29 April. Venue is the side room of the Royal Hotel and access is via the side door facing the market place.
